OSLO, NORWAY: Goodtech ASA has today signed an agreement with the Swedish group BE Group on the sale of 100% of the shares in Goodtech Solutions Manufacturing AB, a statement said.

Goodtech Solutions Manufacturing AB is a CNC machining workshop in Arvika in Sweden, with an annual turnover of around SEK 20 million. The company has 15 employees and the sale involves the takeover of machinery, property and other equipment in Arvika, with a planned takeover on 1 September 2022.

“The acquisition of Goodtech Solutions Manufacturing AB strengthens BE Group’s offering within CNC processing in Sweden and adds additional expertise in the area – as well as increased production capacity,” explains Peter Andersson, CEO of BE Group AB.

Margrethe Hauge, CEO of Goodtech ASA, commented: “Our activity in Arvika has little synergy with the rest of Goodtech and this transaction is a natural step forward in Goodtech’s strategic action plan, where we focus our business in robotics, automation and digitization.
