SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: SciDev Limited (ASX: SDV) announced the resignation of Lewis Utting, the company’s CEO and Managing Director, after 3 years in the role.
Sean Halpin, currently the Commercial Director of Water Services for SciDev, has been appointed as the interim CEO while a search is completed for the new CEO.

“We understand and respect Lewis’ decision to resign so he can focus on family matters. Over the next few months Lewis will be available on a limited basis to assist with the transition.”
