LONDON, UK: Coral Products plc announced that Philip (Phil) Allen has been appointed as Group Operations Director of the company with immediate effect.
Coral Products plc is a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of plastic products based in Wythenshawe, Manchester.
Mr. Allen brings with him a wealth of experience having worked in the plastics industry for more than 35 years, including for Amco Plastics and Premier Profiles, from 1989 to 2011, before joining Tatra Plastics Limited, a leading manufacturer. Tatra Plastics Limited was acquired by the Group in 2016 and subsequently merged with Rotalac Plastics Limited to form Tatra-Rotalac Limited. Phil was heavily involved in this merger as the Operations Director.
He became the Managing Director of Tatra-Rotalac Limited in late 2018 and the Managing Director for Customised Packaging Limited in 2022.
Philip Michael Allen, age 55 years, is currently a Director of Tatra-Rotalac Limited and Customised Packaging Limited, he has held no other directorships during the 5 years preceding the date of this announcement. He has no shares in Coral Products plc and was awarded 100,000 share options, exercisable at 21p, in May 2017. These options have now vested and are due to expire in May 2027.
