SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: The Directors of Armour Energy Limited (ASX: AJQ) hereby advise that Mr Bradley Lingo has resigned as CEO of the Company, effective immediately.

Armour Energy Executive Chairman, Mr Nicholas Mather, commented: “The Board of Directors thank Bradley for his contribution to the Company during a challenging period.”

Until a replacement is appointed, the executive leadership team of Mr Nick Mather, Executive Chairman, Mr Craig Gouws, Chief Financial Officer, Mr Michael Laurent, Chief Operating Officer and Mr Mark Greenwood, Chief Commercial Officer will continue to lead the delivery of the Company’s strategic objectives.
