MONTPELLIER, FRANCE: Mint Energie, a provider of eco-responsible energy and telecom services, announced the acquisition of the Planète OUI brand.
This operation follows the decision of the Commercial Court of Lyon which approved in a decision dated February 24, 2022, Mint’s takeover bid to acquire the brand and OUI ENERGY residential customer base for an amount of €1.5 million.
With this operation, Mint takes a structuring step in its development and satisfies its voluntary objective of commercial conquest for 2022 by acquiring around 120,000 customer additional homes.
As a reminder, Mint has just published a 2021 turnover of €107 million, up 40% compared to 2020.
