SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: Orcoda Limited (ASX: ODA), the leading provider of smart technology solutions to optimise transport logistics and transport infrastructure services, announced the appointment of Samuel Yue (Sam) as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective 21st February 2022.
As CFO, Sam will be responsible for financial and commercial management, while being an integral member of the Executive Leadership Team of the Company, as Orcoda executes on its corporate strategy and growth ambitions.
Sam is a highly experienced, strategic and influential finance executive, with over 15 years of international experience in senior investment banking and corporate development roles at leading global organisations in Australia and Asia.
Most recently, Sam was a Managing Director at Barclays Investment Bank, prior to this, VP Corporate Development Asia at Carlsberg Group and prior to that Director at Goldman Sachs Hong Kong and Sydney. He holds a Masters of Commerce (Applied Finance) from The University of Queensland.
