SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: People Infrastructure Ltd (ASX:PPE) has completed the acquisition of the GMT Group of companies, trading as GMT People.
GMT People was established in 1999 and is a Canberra-based recruitment business specialising in contract and permanent IT recruitment solutions for the Information Technology industry, covering the full range of Information Technology disciplines.
It is a contracted preferred supplier to Australian Federal Government Departments and Agencies, and a number of universities.
PeopleIN’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ross Thompson said, “The acquisition of GMT People gives PeopleIN access to a key strategic market for our IT business and provides further depth to our client base in the Federal Government and higher education sectors”.
The acquisition will not have a material impact on earnings for FY21.
