ABU DHABI: Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank Group (ADCB) has completed the sale of its 20% stake in Egyptian insurer Orient Takaful PJSC to Orient Insurance Company.

The transaction, which was disclosed by ADCB to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange on 2 November 2020, is in line with the Bank’s strategy to focus on its core areas of business and will have negligible impact on profitability.
