LONDON, UK: Puma Alpha VCT has expressed intention to launch a fundraising offer to raise upto £20 million.
“Puma Alpha VCT announced its intention to launch a new offer for subscription in November 2021 to raise up to £15 million with an over-allotment facility of up to a further £5 million,” a bourse filing said.
A prospectus containing further details will be available to shareholders and potential new investors on the launch of the Offer.
Puma Alpha VCT is a Venture Capital Trust (VCT) that invests in growing businesses with experienced management teams. Investors in Puma Alpha VCT will be supporting the UK economy by providing growth funding to small and medium-sized companies, whilst benefitting from a range of tax reliefs and an investment that aims to produce attractive returns.
