Sydney, Australia: EZZ Life Science Holdings Limited notified its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive Director, Mr Luis Fernando Rodriguez Bravo, has tendered his resignation with immediate effect.
This means that the termination of Mr Rodriguez’s employment with the Company and his resignation as Executive Director are effective from 8 October 2021.
The Board has commenced an executive search process to find a suitable replacement for Mr Rodriguez and will update the market accordingly. Mr Mark Qin, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director has been appointed as interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
The Board will also commence a search to appoint an additional independent director to fill the vacancy caused by Mr Rodriguez’s resignation.
