Arribatec Solutions to acquire UK-based Integra Associates for an enterprise value of GBP 1.5 million

OSLO: Arribatec Solutions ASA has signed LOI to acquire UK-based Integra Associates, a global elite partner of Unit4, to create the world’s largest provider of Unit 4 ERP services and solutions.

The acquisition is based on an enterprise value of GBP 1.5 million, with GBP 1.125 million in cash and GBP 0.375 million in Arribatec shares at NOK 2.2 per share, plus an earn-out element.

The company, a global elite partner of Unit4 and the 2020 global service partner of the year, has offices in Leicester and Manchester, UK, and consists of a team of 45 highly competent resources.

Integra has more than 100 customers, mainly in the UK, but also in the US and Europe, and subsidiaries of UK companies worldwide. Among the customers are Havas Group, easyJet, Alvarez and Marsal, DFØ (Norway), Buro Happold Consulting Engineers etc. The company expects revenues of GBP 4.5 million in 2021 and positive EBITDA.
