OSLO: Komplett Bank ASA CEO Jan Haglund has given notice to the Board of Directors to resign his position. He will take on the position as the CEO of Entercard in Sweden.
Mr. Haglund will carry on his duties as CEO of Komplett Bank until the end of the second quarter this year. Exact timing is to be decided. The Board of Directors will initiate the search process to find a new CEO for Komplett Bank.
“I depart from a highly experienced and skilled organization as well as a closely knit management team. The resignation comes with mixed feelings. Being the CEO of Komplett Bank has been a privilege. I am confident that the Bank will continue to grow and develop successfully going forward”, says, Mr. Haglund.
“During the spring, I will conclude the job in the best possible manner and cater for a seamless transition to a new CEO”, Mr. Haglund adds.
Chairman of the Board, Mr. Stig Eide Sivertsen comments: “We regret receiving Jan’s resignation. At the same time, we fully understand Jan’s decision to take on the position of CEO of Entercard in Stockholm, Sweden, where he lives with his family.”
The Chairman adds: “During his time with Komplett Bank, Jan has been a vital and integral part of the development and success of Komplett Bank, and we are thankful for his important contributions. Komplett Bank has a highly experienced team in place which is well composed to drive the continued development of the Bank. The Board’s job is to find Jan’s successor, and this job starts immediately.”
