HELSINKI: Skanska has signed a 15-year lease with the international law firm Norton Rose Fulbright for its planned 28 floor office development in downtown Houston, Texas, USA. The law firm will rent 32 percent of the total space.

The project is located in Houston’s Central Business District, adjacent to Discovery Green and close to Bank of America Tower which Skanska developed and sold in 2019.

The building is being designed to achieve LEED Platinum certification. Project start and construction order booking is expected to be announced once all required permits have been received.
