OSLO: First Mover Group Holding AS (FMGH) has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Resultat Projekeledning Sverige AB (Resultat), a Swedish specialist provider of tenant advisory and project management services headquartered in Gothenburg with operations also in Stockholm and Malmö.
“With this acquisition, we continue to expand our footprint in Sweden, the largest market in the Nordic region. Resultat is a leading player in the tenant advisory services market in Gothenburg and delivers great value and support to business in their relocation process. Resultat will provide synergies and strengthen First Mover Group’s position as a complete services provider,” says Eirik Arnø, CEO of First Mover Group.

Resultat had a turnover of SEK 13.2 million and an EBITDA of SEK 1.0 million in 2019. The company has no net interest bearing debt at closing. The company will be consolidated into FMGH’s consolidated financial statements from October 2020.
