PERTH: Corum Group Limited announced the completion has now occurred with respect to the acquisition of 57% interest in PharmX Pty Ltd and the PharmX Unit Trust.
As advised on 1 September 2020, the Consideration for the acquisition is $7.90m cash. $3.75m was paid on or before 4 September 2020 as per the agreed timetable (Completion). The final payment of $4.15m is due on or before 15 October 2020.
