SINGAPORE: AusGroup Limited announced that subsidiary AGC Industries (AGC) has been awarded an integrated services contract as part of the Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers (WesCEF) maintenance panel to provide services to its CSBP and Kleenheat businesses.
The multi-disciplinary services contract is for an initial three-year term with two one-year extension options, covering multiple locations including CSBP and Kleenheat. The contract will be predominately serviced via AusGroup’s strategically located Kwinana Maintenance Hub (KMH) and will deliver mechanical services, protective coatings (industrial painting and insulation) and access services (scaffolding and rope access). With 30 years of experience in the region, KMH is ideally placed to undertake long-term contracts in Western Australia.
In addition to maintenance services, the contract includes shutdown services and support across WesCEF’s assets throughout the contract term, commencing with CSBP’s NAAN3 and PP2 assets in June 2020.
CEO and Managing Director Shane Kimpton said, “This is a significant milestone for our business as it builds on our strong maintenance portfolio and cements AusGroup as a principal provider of multidisciplinary maintenance services. I’m extremely proud of our team who have worked collaboratively with WesCEF to reach a successful outcome which provides certainty for WesCEF and our business going forward. We look forward to working with WesCEF and the local community to safely and successfully deliver this contract.”
