LONDON: Dignity Plc announced that Clive Whiley has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company with effect from 26th September 2019.
Clive has over thirty five years’ experience in regulated strategic management positions since becoming a Member of the London Stock Exchange. He has extensive main board executive director experience across a broad range of financial services, engineering, manufacturing, distribution, retail & leisure businesses: encompassing the UK, Europe, North America, Australasia, Middle East and the People’s Republic of China.

The Board is well advanced with the search for additional Non-Executive Directors with a view to the Board comprising a majority of independent Non-Executive Directors in due course, as announced at the time of the Company’s interim results in July 2019.
