APELDOORN: Holland Colours N.V. announced that shareholders approved the appointment of Chris Roggeband as Chief Executive Officer and member of the board of management, effective Oct. 1, 2026.

Roggeband, 53, succeeds Coen Vinke, who led the company for eight years. The supervisory board expressed gratitude to Vinke for his dedication and contributions, and said he will work closely with Roggeband during his first weeks to ensure a smooth handover.

Roggeband brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience in industrial, manufacturing and specialty products businesses. He most recently served as CEO of Floramedia Group, part of the publicly listed CCL Group. The company said he has a strong track record in delivering sustainable growth, leading business transformations and strengthening commercial performance across multiple geographies, markets and cultures.

Jeanne van der Vlist, chair of the supervisory board, said Roggeband brings a combination of commercial leadership, international experience and a people-focused approach.

“We are confident he will build on the strong foundation established in recent years and help Holland Colours realise its full potential through clear choices, focused execution, and sustainable value creation,” van der Vlist said.

The extraordinary general meeting of shareholders was held Thursday.
