Neste appoints Elim Yeoh as President of Renewable Products

ESPOO: Neste Corporation has appointed Elim Yeoh as President of Renewable Products for North America and a member of its leadership team, effective Sept. 1, 2026, a statement said.

Yeoh will oversee all of Neste’s renewable products business in North America, including regional commercial operations and feedstock sourcing. She will also serve as Neste’s lead representative on the board of the Martinez joint venture, the company’s California renewable fuels facility with Marathon Petroleum . She will report to Neste President and CEO Heikki Malinen.

Yeoh joins Neste from bp, where she serves as Vice President of Biofuels Growth Americas, leading biofuels expansion and commercial partnerships. She previously held various leadership roles at Chevron spanning refining, chemicals and renewable fuels.

“I am pleased to welcome Elim Yeoh to Neste’s Leadership Team,” Malinen said. “She has a strong track record from her previous roles and brings extensive leadership experience and industry expertise. This will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen our regional presence and drive the growth of our Renewable Products business in North America.”

Yeoh holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and an eMBA.

Neste established its Renewable Products, North America business unit in April 2026 as part of a broader organizational restructuring of its renewables operations . Carl Nyberg, Senior Vice President of Renewable Products Commercial, had been serving as interim president of the unit .

Neste is the world’s leading producer of renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel, with production on three continents. The company’s renewables production capacity is expected to reach 6.8 million tons annually in 2027 . Neste also produces oil products at its Porvoo refinery in Finland and operates a network of nearly 1,000 fuel stations in Finland and the Baltics.

In 2025, Neste’s revenue was EUR 19.0 billion. The company is listed on Nasdaq Helsinki under the ticker NESTE.
