LONDON: Cambridge Nutritional Sciences plc (AIM: CNSL), the specialist medical diagnostics company focused on promoting a personalised and functional approach to health and nutrition, announced that Mr. James Cooper, currently serving as Interim Chief Executive Officer, has been offered the permanent role as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective 31st March 2025.
Following the resignation of the prior CEO Mr. Jag Grewal and his subsequent departure from the Board in August 2024, James Cooper, who previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer, was appointed as Interim Chief Executive Officer. Since his appointment, James Cooper has impressed the Board with his strong operational leadership, building a solid foundation to deliver on our strategic objectives to deliver profitable growth for Shareholders over the coming years
