PERTH: Bridge SaaS Limited (ASX: BGE), a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for the employment and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) sectors, announced today the appointment of Richard Gordon as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Gordon, who currently serves as the company’s chairman, will assume the role effective immediately.

With over 30 years of senior leadership experience across industries such as wholesale distribution, energy solutions, and logistics, Gordon brings a proven track record of driving business growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and implementing technological innovations.

His expertise in financial management, operations, and team development has been instrumental in his previous roles, where he successfully increased customer retention rates by over 80% and achieved year-on-year customer growth exceeding 20%.

As CEO, Gordon will focus on expanding Bridge’s SaaS business lines into the NDIS sector, with plans to establish a national presence across all states, cities, and regional areas. A key part of this strategy includes the recent acquisition of a 51% stake in Brightside Disability Support & Respite Pty Ltd, a move aimed at strengthening Bridge’s market position and broadening its service offerings in disability care.

“Our long-term goal is to leverage technology to improve the NDIS sector from the ground up,” Gordon said. “By enhancing the efficiency and profitability of NDIS providers like Brightside, we can deliver higher-quality care to participants and drive better outcomes for the federal government.”

Gordon’s appointment comes as Bridge seeks to position itself at the forefront of technological innovation in the disability care sector, particularly in the areas of artificial intelligence (AI) and humanoid robotics. The company aims to use these emerging technologies to improve care quality, reduce costs, and enhance the overall management of the NDIS.

Joshua Quinn, Executive Director of Bridge, expressed confidence in Gordon’s leadership. “Richard’s deep understanding of the NDIS sector and his strong relationships with various levels of government make him the ideal candidate to lead Bridge into its next phase of growth,” Quinn said. “We are confident that under his stewardship, Bridge will continue to deliver exceptional value to our shareholders, the NDIS sector, and the government.”

Gordon’s remuneration package includes a monthly fee of $20,833.33 plus superannuation, with the potential to earn up to 8 million options contingent on achieving specific key performance indicators (KPIs). These KPIs include strategic reviews, revenue targets, and the successful acquisition of NDIS service providers.

Bridge SaaS Limited, founded in 2008, provides cloud-based CRM and workflow solutions tailored to the unique needs of government-funded programs. The company manages over 1 million client records and is accredited for multiple Australian government programs.
