Mardi Holding expands into UAE

DUBAI: Mardi Holding, a prominent real estate development company from Georgia, has announced its expansion into the UAE.

This move aims to attract investors to its branded developments in Georgia, in cooperation with the global hospitality group Accor.

Based in Batumi, Mardi Holding has been active in the real estate market since 2010 and has a history spanning over 30 years. The company is known for its high-quality residential, commercial, and hotel projects, with nearly fifteen large-scale projects completed.

The official launch event is scheduled for January 28, 2025, at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Dubai, featuring investors, partners, and dignitaries. Mardi Global Investment (MGI), the investment arm of Mardi Holding, will highlight its high-yield, innovative projects designed for financial growth and sustainable development.

HRH Prince Juan Bagration-Mukhrani, Managing Partner of Mardi Holding, emphasized Georgia’s appeal to UAE investors, highlighting the country’s diverse landscapes and cultural richness.

The event will showcase notable projects, including Batumi Hills, Mercure Hotel Aquapark Batumi, Mardi Aquapark Wellness Resort & Residence, and Novotel Living Batumi. The UAE expansion is facilitated through ZAM Prime Properties, a subsidiary based in Dubai.

Enhanced transport links, including daily four-hour flights from Dubai to Tbilisi, have strengthened the connection between the regions.
