LONDON: Star Energy (AIM:STAR) has announced the sale of its land in Alton, Hampshire to Pickerings Hire Limited for £6.3 million. This site previously hosted the now-decommissioned Holybourne Oil Terminal and is not currently utilized in the company’s operations.

The sale is contingent on meeting planning conditions and surrendering the site’s environmental permit, with completion expected in the first half of 2025. The proceeds from this transaction will be used for general corporate purposes.
