Prism Visual Software Inc., renowned for its direct store delivery (DSD) and route accounting software, has announced the acquisition of its industry peer, Advantage Route Systems, Inc. (“ARS”).
This strategic acquisition is set to enhance Prism’s market presence and expand its suite of solutions.
The deal, which was finalized on April 16, 2024, brings together two titans of the route delivery software domain. ARS is celebrated for its Mango One solutions, a suite of highly-configurable software that has been instrumental in optimizing the distribution processes for clients worldwide.
Craig Mordi, the CEO of Prism, expressed his optimism about the merger, stating, “The integration of ARS’s Mango One solutions into our portfolio represents a monumental step towards scaling our services. This acquisition aligns with our vision for growth and expansion, both in terms of market reach and the breadth of applications.”
David Kroutil, CEO and Founder of ARS, echoed Mordi’s sentiments, highlighting the synergy between the two companies.
