CRH has acquired BoDean Company Inc. and Northgate Ready Mix

CRH has announced the acquisition of BoDean Company Inc. and Northgate Ready Mix, LLC, marking the company’s first foray into the Californian market.

This move is set to bolster CRH’s capacity to offer comprehensive solutions to the burgeoning Northern California market.

The integration of these two companies enhances CRH’s presence in the Western United States by adding two aggregate quarries, two ready-mixed concrete plants, an asphalt plant, and a recycling plant to its extensive operations.

Both BoDean and Northgate are recognized for their commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability, aligning with CRH’s strategic vision.

CRH, a global leader in building materials solutions, employs approximately 78,500 individuals across 3,390 locations in 29 countries.
