SYDNEY: Growthpoint Properties Australia (GOZ) has announced the appointment of Ross Lees as the new Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. Lees, who brings over two decades of experience in real estate investment, will succeed Timothy Collyer, with a transition period extending until July 2024.
Lees’ extensive background includes a successful tenure as Head of Funds Management at Centuria Capital Group, where he expanded the funds management platform significantly. His strategic leadership at Centuria Industrial REIT is credited with transforming it into Australia’s largest industrial REIT.
