Perseus Operating Group, a part of Constellation Software Inc., has announced the acquisition of Auto-IT Pty Ltd, a leading dealer management system (DMS) provider for various industries. The deal is Perseus’ tenth acquisition in the dealership software market and will enhance its global presence and innovation capabilities.
Auto-IT will continue to operate from its existing locations and retain its current leadership team. The company has been serving the market for over 40 years and has strong relationships with major OEMs and industry partners. Perseus is an operating group of Constellation Software Inc. that invests in software businesses that offer long-term solutions and partnerships to customers.
