Atria Management Company, a leading operator of senior living communities, announced today that Holly Belter-Chesser will take over as its new Chief Executive Officer, succeeding John Moore, who is stepping down after 25 years.
Ms. Belter-Chesser has been with Atria for 15 years, serving in various leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. She has been instrumental in driving Atria’s strategy and performance across the U.S. and Canada.
Mr. Moore will remain a board member and an advisor to ensure a smooth transition. He expressed his confidence in Ms. Belter-Chesser’s ability to lead Atria into a bright future, as the demand for senior housing is strong and growing.
