Hildred Capital Management, a private equity firm that focuses on healthcare, has acquired Hello Bello, a brand that offers high-quality and affordable baby and family care products.
The deal will strengthen Hello Bello’s financial and operational capabilities, as well as its distribution network, both online and in top retailers across the US.
Hello Bello will also benefit from the expertise and resources of Hyland’s Naturals, a leading pediatric consumer health company and a Hildred portfolio company.
Hildred’s Co-Founder, Andrew Goldman, said that the acquisition will create one of the most significant independent pediatric platforms in the country, and will help parents keep their families healthy through clean and natural product offerings.
