Paradium.AI acquires InfoSentience to scale automated content generation

NEW YORK: The Arena Group Holdings Inc., doing business as Paradium.AI, has acquired InfoSentience, an automated natural language generation company, as the media publisher continues its shift toward an AI-driven technology infrastructure.

The acquisition, funded with cash on hand, is expected to be accretive to earnings in 2026, according to a company announcement Monday. Financial terms were not disclosed.

InfoSentience develops deterministic technology that converts structured data into written narratives at high volume, with applications in data-intensive sectors such as sports and financial markets. The company has worked with partners including MaxPreps.

“The acquisition of InfoSentience represents a pivotal shift from traditional publishing to a robust technology infrastructure,” said Ryan Bonini, general manager of sports and leisure at The Arena Group. “By integrating InfoSentience’s deterministic language generation, we believe that we are providing the scale and sophistication required for creators and brands to excel in an AI-driven landscape.”

The integration is designed to automate repetitive, data-heavy reporting, allowing editorial staff to focus on investigative journalism while expanding the company’s reach into underserved markets. Paradium.AI expects the technology to significantly expand its business-to-business revenue streams.

InfoSentience will continue operations for its third-party partners and pursue new clients. Founder Steve Wasick will remain with the combined company.

“Joining forces with The Arena Group, newly branded as Paradium.AI, marks a thrilling new chapter for our team and the technology we’ve built at InfoSentience,” Wasick said. “Our technology is built to surface impactful, data-driven insights across a large range of topics.”

The Arena Group, which trades on the NYSE American under the ticker AREN, owns a portfolio of brands including Parade, TheStreet, Men’s Journal, Athlon Sports, ShopHQ and the Adventure Network, which includes Surfer, Powder and Bike Magazine. The company announced its rebrand to Paradium.AI alongside its second-quarter earnings report, with the name change expected to be completed by the end of August.
