HELSINKI: Pasi Flinkman is stepping down as chief executive of Raisio plc, the Finnish food company said Thursday, after informing the board he is leaving to join another firm.
Flinkman will remain as CEO until November or until a successor is appointed, the company said in a stock exchange release labeled as inside information. Raisio’s board has begun the search for a new CEO immediately.
“Flinkman has renewed Raisio’s operations and improved the company’s profitability in a commendable manner,” Arto Tiitinen, chairman of Raisio’s board, said in a statement. “Based on these achievements, Raisio has strong foundations to continue the determined execution of its strategy.”
Flinkman thanked Raisio’s employees and customers for “their cooperation and trust,” adding that together they had “built a more competitive foundation for the future.”

The group reported comparable net sales of 224.2 million euros for continuing operations in 2025 and comparable EBIT of 28.5 million euros. The company’s shares are listed on Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd.
