Domino’s names Andrew Gregory as new global CEO and MD 1

BRISBANE: Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Ltd. announced Tuesday the appointment of Andrew Gregory, a longtime quick-service restaurant executive, as its next Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. Gregory will assume the role no later than Aug. 5, following the conclusion of his obligations with his current employer.

Gregory brings more than three decades of experience in the fast-food industry, most recently serving as McDonald’s Senior Vice President, Global Franchising, Development and Delivery Officer. He previously led McDonald’s Australia and New Zealand as CEO for eight years, overseeing sustained growth in sales, market share and franchisee profitability. His career began in 1993 as a crew member at McDonald’s in Australia before moving into finance and senior leadership roles across Asia and the U.S.

Domino’s Executive Chairman Jack Cowin said Gregory’s appointment followed a comprehensive global search and reflects the board’s commitment to long-term leadership. “Andrew is a highly regarded operator and leader, and we are confident he is well placed to lead Domino’s through our next phase of performance improvement and growth,” Cowin said.

Gregory will relocate to Brisbane for the role. His executive agreement includes fixed annual remuneration of $1.45 million, short- and long-term incentive opportunities tied to performance, and relocation benefits. Either party may terminate the agreement with six months’ notice, with post-employment restrictions lasting up to nine months.

The company said Gregory’s leadership will focus on improving franchisee profitability, strengthening customer value propositions and delivering sustainable shareholder returns across Domino’s global network.
