SINGAPORE: Xamble Group Limited, a Southeast Asian influencer marketing platform, announced Monday it has agreed to acquire a 55.6% stake in YToday Sdn Bhd, the operator of the Malaysian influencer platform YouthsToday, for 330,000 Australian dollars (approximately $218,000).
The deal, expected to be finalized by April 2026, will significantly expand Xamble’s geographic reach from three to seven countries across Southeast Asia. The company’s community of influencers will grow from 6,931 to 19,233, and its agency client relationships will increase from 19 to 65.
Founded in 2013, YouthsToday operates a platform focused on “nano” and “seeder” influencers, an area Xamble said complements its existing focus on macro and micro-influencers. YouthsToday reported revenue of AU$0.78 million for the calendar year 2025.
To support the acquisition and integration costs, Xamble said it secured two funding facilities totaling AU$500,000 from majority shareholder Ganesh Kumar Bangah and financial services provider Eli Capital Pty Ltd.
“YouthsToday’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer will remain in their roles for three years following the completion of the deal to ensure continuity,” the company said in a statement.
Xamble Group is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange under the symbol XGL.
