COPENHAGEN: Danish IT firm Dataproces Group A/S on Monday appointed Kasper Lund Nødgaard as its permanent chief executive officer, effective immediately, following a period of strong financial performance under his interim leadership.
Nødgaard, who took the role on an interim basis on Oct. 29, 2025, was confirmed by the board after reversing sales trends and delivering a record month and “very strong” December, the company said.
“The Board of Directors is very satisfied with the work on the strategy towards the 2030 target and wants Kasper to own the strategy that is presented,” said Chairman Hans Christian Maarup. “With Kasper’s qualities, we have the right CEO to take Dataproces further.”
The board highlighted Nødgaard’s “strong” handling of CEO responsibilities during a period demanding speed, execution, and stable management. It also endorsed his strategic work to lead the company toward its 2030 goals.
Nødgaard, who has in-depth knowledge of Dataproces’s business, was a key figure in growth initiatives including expansion into Germany and the company’s first acquisition.
“I am pleased and proud of the board’s confidence,” Nødgaard said. “We have a clear direction towards 2030, and I look forward to continuing the work of developing Dataproces.”
He will continue as CEO without interruption to the day-to-day management, the company said.
