SKS Technologies to acquire Delta Elcom in deal worth up to $15 million

Delta Elcom

SYDNEY – Australian electrical and digital infrastructure firm SKS Technologies Group Ltd said on Thursday it has executed a formal agreement to acquire the business and assets of Delta Elcom, in a deal with a total consideration of up to A$15 million.

The acquisition, first announced in November, is expected to settle on Jan. 12, 2026, SKS said in a statement.

Delta Elcom, which specialises in electrical and communications services, generates annual revenue of about A$25 million. The purchase is aimed at accelerating SKS’s expansion in the New South Wales data centre market and strengthening its position in traditional sectors.

“The combined businesses, with similar cultures and operational approaches, will drive faster growth and a larger market presence,” SKS Chief Executive Matthew Jinks said.

The deal includes a completion payment of A$11.75 million, the issue of A$2 million in fully-paid SKS shares, and an earnout payment of up to A$1.25 million linked to Delta Elcom’s 2026 calendar year performance.

SKS, which designs and installs electrical systems and digital infrastructure, said it has no long-term debt and is seeing growing demand across sectors including data centres, defence, mining, and healthcare.

The company’s shares trade on the Australian Securities Exchange under the ticker SKS.
