SYDNEY – Australian marketing firm IVE Group Ltd (IGL.AX) said on Monday it has entered a long-term marketing services agreement with Domino’s Pizza Enterprises (DMP.AX) and acquired two businesses, Impressu Print Group and Budget Mail Services, as part of a strategic expansion.
The deal with Domino’s is a 6+2 year supply agreement, under which IVE will provide a broad range of marketing services. The company expects the contract to generate more than A$80 million in revenue during the initial term.
As part of the arrangement, IVE is acquiring Impressu, a Brisbane-based print business currently owned by Domino’s. Impressu provides digital and offset printing, direct mail, signage, and logistics services. The acquisition, valued at A$13.5 million, is expected to contribute approximately A$30 million in annual revenue and A$4.5 million in EBITDA after cost synergies.
Additionally, IVE has acquired Sydney-based Budget Mail Services for A$1 million. The small mail and communications business is expected to contribute A$5 million in revenue.
“These businesses are a strong strategic fit. They bring new capacity, new customers and enhance national reach,” said Matt Aitken, Managing Director of IVE Group.
IVE stated the acquisitions align with its strategy to build scale in core service areas and broaden its national operational footprint. The Impressu deal is expected to complete imminently, while the Budget Mail Services acquisition closed on Nov. 3.
