IRVING: Builders FirstSource, Inc. (NYSE: BLDR) announced Thursday it has acquired Builder’s Door & Trim and Rystin Construction, two turnkey millwork providers based in the Las Vegas area.
The acquisitions mark the company’s first millwork operations in the region and are part of a broader strategy to expand value-added offerings in high-growth markets.
The two companies reported combined trailing twelve-month sales of approximately $48 million as of June 30, 2025.
“Builder’s Door & Trim and Rystin Construction bring strong customer relationships and reputations for excellence in turnkey millwork solutions,” said Peter Jackson, president and CEO of Builders FirstSource. “These acquisitions support our strategic focus on investing in high-return opportunities that expand our value-added product offerings in desirable geographies.”
Builders FirstSource, headquartered in Irving, Texas, is the largest U.S. supplier of building products and services for residential construction and remodeling. The company operates in 43 states with approximately 585 locations and maintains a presence in 48 of the top 50 metropolitan statistical areas.
Jackson said the acquisitions fill a critical gap in the company’s service network and enhance its ability to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers in the Las Vegas market.
