NEW YORK: Accenture (NYSE: ACN) said Thursday it has agreed to acquire NeuraFlash, a leading Salesforce and generative AI consulting firm, in a move to bolster its agentic AI and managed services offerings and expand its reach into mid-market industries globally.

Based in Burlington, Massachusetts, NeuraFlash specializes in deploying agentic solutions across sales, service, and field operations. The company has completed more than 1,000 implementations for over 400 clients worldwide. The deal will add approximately 510 professionals—holding more than 2,000 Salesforce certifications—to Accenture’s Salesforce Business Group, primarily in North America, Colombia, and India.

“This acquisition will significantly enhance our agentic AI capabilities and allow us to better serve the mid-market, in direct alignment with Salesforce’s strategic direction,” said Stephanie Sadowski, senior managing director and global lead of Accenture’s Salesforce Business Group.

Founded in 2016, NeuraFlash has built a reputation for integrating generative AI into digital and voice channels, transforming service and sales operations. The company also brings deep expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS), using machine learning to personalize customer experiences in contact centers.

“Joining forces with Accenture will help us continue to scale, amplify our impact globally, and expand our gen AI capabilities,” said T. Brett Chisholm, CEO and co-founder of NeuraFlash.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
