Quarterly Highlights

  • Revenue rose 3% year-over-year to $739.6 million, driven by growth in wholesale distribution
  • Gross profit reached $49.6 million, reflecting a stable margin despite inflationary headwinds
  • Operating income declined slightly to $4.86 million, impacted by higher SG&A expenses

Chairman and CEO Christopher H. Atayan said the company is focused on expanding its customer-centric services, with system integration positioning AMCON as the third-largest convenience distributor in the U.S. by territory.
