LONDON: Redcentric announced Monday the immediate appointment of Michelle Senecal De Fonseca as chief executive officer. Senecal De Fonseca, who has served as a non-executive director of the company since February 2024, brings extensive experience in the technology sector.
She previously held leadership roles at Vodafone as managing director of its Cloud and Hosting Services business and at Citrix Systems, where she served as area vice president for Northern Europe before becoming global vice president for strategic alliances.
Senecal De Fonseca also serves on the boards of Alphawave IP Group PLC, GBG plc, ASU Global Foundation UK Limited, and Women in Telecoms & Technology (WiTT) Limited.
The board thanked outgoing CEO Peter Brotherton for his contributions, crediting him with driving Redcentric’s growth as a leading IT managed service provider and establishing its UK data center operations. Brotherton will remain with the company in a strategic advisory role to ensure a smooth transition.
Richard McGuire, chairman of Redcentric, said fiscal year 2025 was a “transformative year” marked by revenue growth and operational improvements. He praised the team’s efforts in separating the company’s managed services and data center divisions.
“We welcome Michelle to her new role and thank Peter for his leadership,” McGuire said. “In FY26, we aim to accelerate growth, streamline operations, and enhance shareholder returns.”
Senecal De Fonseca said she was honored to take on the CEO role, adding, “My vision is to elevate our commitment to delivering unparalleled value to clients through innovation and collaboration. Together, we will position Redcentric as a trusted partner in the digital landscape.”
Redcentric provides IT managed services and data center solutions to businesses across the UK.
