SYDNEY: Dynamic Group Holdings Limited (ASX: DDB) is excited to announce the appointment of Mr Darren Guild as the new Chief Executive Officer, following an extensive search process. He will lead the group’s companies, which include Dynamic Drill & Blast, Welldrill, and Orlando Drilling. Mr Guild succeeds Mr Gregg Barnard, who served as interim CEO and will continue as Group CFO.
Mr Guild’s tenure begins on 4th December 2024. He brings a wealth of experience, holding a Bachelor of Business and boasting 30 years in Australia’s mining and resources sector. His extensive background in drill and blast services covers key commodities like gold, iron ore, nickel, coal, lithium, copper, lead, and zinc. His expertise also includes specialized drilling and blasting for civil projects near critical infrastructure.
With senior executive roles in both ASX-listed and privately held mining services companies, Mr Guild is renowned for driving growth and operational excellence. His leadership is expected to propel Dynamic Group Holdings to new heights in the mining contracting industry.
