SANDVIKA: Norconsult Norge AS, a subsidiary of Norconsult ASA, has acquired the Oslo-based planning and analysis company Concreto AS.
The company operates mainly within buildings, infrastructure and urban planning. Concreto’s services primarily focus on economic analysis as a basis for decision-making by project owners in the early phases of projects. These services encompass early phase project consulting, concept development and project management, quality assurance, cost estimation, project improvement, cost -benefit and risk analysis, and dispute handling.
Counting 13 employees, Concreto had revenues of NOK 20 million in 2023.
“Norconsult have already worked closely with Concreto on several projects, and we are aware of their high professional competence and skills. The acquisition strengthens Norconsult`s expertise in cost and risk management, and we look forward to welcoming the Concreto team to Norconsult,” says Bård Hernes, EVP Norway Head Office at Norconsult.
The acquisition is expected to close in February 2024.
