Abu Dhabi, UAE: Palms Sports, the leading sports management company and a subsidiary of International Holding Company (IHC), has completed its acquisition of Learn Education, which owns the outstanding Al Rabeeh Schools in Abu Dhabi.

This strategic move marks a significant milestone in Palms Sports’ expansion journey, as it secures its ownership of Al Rabeeh School (ARAs) and Al Rabeeh Academy (ARA), renowned for providing exceptional British-curriculum primary and secondary education.

Al Rabeeh Schools have earned the prestigious ‘outstanding’ rating from Penta International, becoming the first Emirati schools to achieve this esteemed accolade. They also hold accreditation from the Association of British Schools Overseas (AoBSO) and the UK’s Department for Education. Moreover, Al Rabeeh School received the UAE National Award for ‘Best Company to Work For’ in July 2023.

Palms Sports, globally recognized as the largest Jiu-Jitsu training provider, aims to leverage its expertise in sports and education to enhance the quality and diversity of learning opportunities for students and teachers at Al Rabeeh Schools.
