SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: Alliance Aviation Services Limited (ASX: AQZ) has announced that Mr Stewart Tully will become the new Chief Executive Officer of the Group from 1st March 2024.

Stewart Tully, who has 34 years of aviation experience, is currently the Chief Operating Officer of the Company and has been working with Alliance since 2015.

The Managing Director of Alliance, Mr Scott McMillan, praised Mr Tully’s expertise and expressed his confidence and trust in him. Mr McMillan, who has been holding the dual role of Managing Director and CEO for the last 18 months, said that he will now focus on the company’s strategy, development, and growth.

The Company also revealed that it is looking for two additional Directors as part of its Board renewal process. Alliance will release its half year results on 7 February 2024.
