Landore Resources appoints new CEO and plans TSX-V listing

LONDON, UK: Landore Resources Limited (AIM: LND), a UK-based exploration company with a flagship project in Ontario, Canada, has announced the appointment of Mr Claude Lemasson as its new CEO, effective from 4 July 2023.

Lemasson is a seasoned mining executive with over 30 years’ experience in exploration, development, mine construction and production in the Americas. He will replace Bill Humphries, who is retiring after leading the company for 18 years.

Landore also announced that it is seeking a dual listing on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V) in Canada, to generate renewed investor interest and enhanced liquidity for its shares.

The company expects to complete the listing process in Q3 2023. Landore will retain its AIM quotation in London.

We also look forward to obtaining a dual listing on the TSX-V to capitalise on investor interest in the Company in Canada and enhance liquidity in the Company’s shares.”
