OSLO, Norway: Hilde Lekven is today resigning from her position as CEO of Otiga Group after four years in the position. Hilde Lekven moves to a new position in the Adolfsen system. Claes Poulsen will be appointed as the new CEO of the group with immediate effect.
Claes Poulsen has been employed as CFO in Otiga Group since 1 November 2014, knows the companies in the group well and has the best conditions to continue managing the group. The change of management takes place as a natural part of the further development of Otiga Group as a unique multi-brand company and a significant player in the Nordic market. Under Hilde’s leadership, Otiga Group has recovered well from the pandemic, delivered a solid result in Q1 21 and expects a continued positive development”, says chairman of the board Fredrik Thafvelin.”
