OSLO: The board of Ayfie Group AS announced that acting CEO Siw Ødegaard has notified the Company that she resigns from her positions.
Siw Ødegaard, who also holds the position as CFO of the Company, has agreed with the board to be with Ayfie until 31 July 2021.
“I have, after four years in Ayfie, decided to move on. Ayfie is now well positioned for growth and expansion, and I am confident that the board and management will succeed in the further development of the company”, said Siw Ødegaard.
“I would like to thank Siw for her contributions to Ayfie over the years, and especially her efforts in the recent restructuring of Ayfie that has gotten us to recent profitability. I wish here the best of luck in her future endeavors”, said Lars Boilesen, Chairman of Ayfie Group AS.
The Board has appointed Lasse Ruud, the Company’s Commercial Director, as interim CEO.
