The first phase included contracts for 5 locations in the U.S. The second phase extends to 4 more cities in Europe and Asia. The Microsoft Technology Centers (MTC) are collaborative environments that provide access to innovative technologies and world-class expertise, enabling Microsoft customers and partners to envision, design and experience products.
