StrongPoint and Halodi Robotics to develop an in-store grocery retail robotics solution

OSLO: StrongPoint ASA has invested in and formed a strategic partnership with Halodi Robotics to jointly develop an in-store grocery retail robotics solution.

The aim of the partnership is to develop a robotic solution for the grocery retail sector that will help staff with repetitive tasks.

The value of the partnership is approximately NOK 8.0 million, with half being allocated to research and development in the project, and half as a direct investment in Halodi Robotics.

As part of the partnership, StrongPoint will become the exclusive distributor in key areas of Europe of the jointly developed solutions and is aiming to initiate talks with selected leading grocery retailers to pilot and collaborate on the project.
