Jumbo Seafood (Chinese: 珍寶海鮮樓) is a restaurant-chain in Singapore specialising in seafood. First opened in 1987 with an outlet at the East Coast Seafood Centre, it opened an additional five outlets in the city and in the suburban areas of Serangoon Gardens and the Singapore Indoor Stadium. As of 2017, it has 5 outlets in Singapore. The restaurant chain works with the Singapore Tourism Board to promote local dishes such as Chilli Crab, Sotong You Tiao, Crispy Baby Squid and Sambal Kangkong.
Jumbo own the Singapore franchise of Japanese ramen bar, Yoshimaru at Holland Village. Other establishments include J-Pot, Ng Ah Sio Bak Kut Teh, J Cafe and Chui Huay Lim Teochew Cuisine. It operates Singapore Seafood Republic in collaboration with other seafood restaurants in Singapore.
JUMBO has also expanded its operations to China, Vietnam and Taiwan.
